Do you offer any warranty on your repairs?

Yes, we offer a limited warranty on our repairs. Services or work completed are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for the life of the part(s). Extended warranties are also available for certain services.

Can customers request a quote before booking an appointment?

Absolutely! You can request a quote online or Text/call us directly for a quote. We aim to provide transparent pricing for all our services.

Is there a service contract

Yes. There is an official service contract that will be sent to you and signed prior to work. It's purpose is to protect both of us and to ensure you get the highest level of professionalism and Service

What’s the best way to reach Dr. Car?

We are often busy serving customers in our community and it is difficult to take time away from that to discuss things on the phone.
